About the Instructor: Dr. Michelle Bean has been guiding people through the ketogenic diet and fasting protocols and has developed an efficient fat-burning starter protocol that includes two weeks of Ketogenic dieting followed by a 3-7 day fast. The fast is optional and can certainly be an intermittent fast.
