Holiday Artisan Chocolate & Wine Pairing Class (Vegan)!

Greetings Chocolate & Wine Lovers! Join me for a delightful afternoon celebrating the holiday season and enjoying the beautiful art of Vegan Artisan Chocolate Making and Wine Pairing at the lovely FlipJack Ranch, nestled in the magical Santa Cruz Mountains! In this hands-on delicious vegan artisan chocolate & wine pairing class; you'll make exquisite chocolate arts with the Valrhona Manjari 64% Dark Chocolate and incredible selections of organic ingredients such as herbs, flowers (Provence culinary lavender included), chocolate covered cacao nib, candied orange, dried fruits, nuts and fleur de sel. Ribbon, raffia, a small red box and label will be provided so that you can beautifully package your exquisite chocolates as a gift to yourself or for someone special. You'll enjoy sampling your artisanal chocolates with McBride Sisters’ delicious wine, the Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013, which beautifully complements chocolates. About Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013 - Elegant and refined the red blend is evocative of Cotes du Rhone Village style. Dark fruit and spice unfold into layers of cocoa, blackberry, cherry, rose, plum and spice. Class runs for 4 hours and limited to 10 students to ensure the most spectacular experience for all. Since, space is limited, early registration is highly encouraged. Class fee is $175.00, which includes a bottle of the Truvee Red Blend Central Coast 2013, samples of your chocolate arts and a small bag of Provence culinary lavender. Plus, all registered students of this class will receive a one-time 10% discount offer on all  items available in the Toque Blanche store in downtown Santa Cruz and on their website.
