Trying to cope with the challenges of 2020 has led to increased hopelessness, depression, and anxiety. In this three-part series, Meg Cornish, LCSW, and Mary Welschmeyer, RN, LMFT, will discuss some of the overwhelming issues facing people in different stages of life.
Through lecture and discussion, we will discover practical ways to feel better.
